Butter Beam was created with a simple belief—snacks should be fresh, exciting, and full of flavor. What started as a small passion project grew into a brand known for premium popcorn made with quality and a whole lot of heart. While a common life hack is to use a simple straw to get butter to the bottom of the tub, this often results in a clogged opening and a mess. The "Butter Beam" prototype addresses this through its technical design. As seen in the patent drawing, its hexagonal, anti-clog topography is designed so popcorn cannot seal against the tube. This allows for a clean, even flow of butter down the entire length of the manifold, and a larger flared opening makes it easy for the user to target with precision and avoid spills.
